Special Features

• Uses diaphragm pumps which prevents destroying paint (like with pistons), prevents leakage and also stabilizes paint output.
• The diaphragms push all of the paint out of the chamber. This will reduce paint waste and cleaning solvent waste during color change, which will in term significantly reduce VOC emissions and can contribute to well being of environment. 
• By employing small suction hose, paint solvents are used without waste, and exhibit excellent cleaning efficiency. (PD40L) 
• By increasing size of valve, output air pressure can be increased to twice the standard type, which is ideal for water-based and high viscosity paints. (PD40SW) 
• All paint route is stainless steel which prevents corrosion for water-based paints. (PD40S) 
• High-precision regulator can provide stable coating and uniform coating quality. (PD40S)
